| Project Description | One-Two Sentences This project is for a comprehensive renovation and addition
to Lipinsky Hall (38,713 SF, 1962), including music
performance space, rehearsal spaces, classrooms, offices,
and support spaces for use by Music Department and other
University offices. Lipinsky Hall is located in the central
core of campus in Asheville, North Carolina with a total
project budget of $36,150,000. | |||||
