| Project Description | One-Two Sentences This project is for a comprehensive renovation to the
historic Stevens Center Performing Arts Center in downtown
Winston-Salem. The work will include transformation of the
audience chamber, renovation of the stage, back of house
improvements, complete upgrade to the MEP systems,
renovation of the event space on 10th floor, enhanced IT
technology and addressing accessibility. | |||||
