| Project Description | One-Two Sentences This project encompasses the renovation of both Alderman
Hall and King Hall. Renovations will include envelope
repairs, code deficiency corrections (ADA, egress, and
restroom improvements), mechanical/electrical replacements
and new finishes. In addition King Hall will have new fire
alarm system and programmatic renovations on the second
