Blum Construction has been selected as the Construction Manager @ Risk by North Carolina State University and will receive and publicly open sealed proposals from prequalified bidders for the construction of Phase 1 of the Polk Hall Renovations on the university's campus in Raleigh, NC. This project anticipates two phases of work and therefore the possibility of additional scope being added to the initial Phase 1 subcontractors.
