Sealed proposals will be received until 2:00 PM on 05/29/2024, at NC State University McKimmon Conference & Training Center, 1101 Gorman Street Raleigh, NC 27606 . Early bid submissions can be made prior to 5 PM, 05/28/2024, and delivered to Samet Corporation's office at 5430 Wade Park Blvd, Suite 110, Raleigh. Plans and specifications can be obtained by prequalified subcontractors. Bidders are strongly encouraged to include opportunities for Minority Business participation wherever possible in their respective bid submissions. Minority Business is a part of this contract and must comply with the State of North Carolina General Statutes. The CM and Owner reserve the right to reject all proposals.
