Residence Hall Project.
Project Description:
The New Residence Hall, located on the East Campus, will
host approximately 348 Beds. The overall project scope is a
new four-story, structural steel building approximately
76,009 GSF. The project will include sitework, structure,
building envelope consisting of masonry, fiber cement
panels, and metal panels, fully
finished interiors, complete MEP, full building sprinkler
system, and required trades to complete new construction of
the residence hall.
