Opportunities to Do Business with the Universities

Construction will replace approximately 1,050 ft of water line between University College Commons and Carmichael Gym and approximately 100 ft of steam and condensate between Talley Student Union and Carmichael Gym. To qualify, the contractor must have a general or mechanical contractor's license in the State of North Carolina as well as applicable bonding requirements. The contractor must show comparable work experience, both in complexity and dollar value, and preferably in a University campus environment, to the scope of work outlined above.

To be considered, the contractor must obtain an application package, downloaded from the following link: http://facilities.ofa.ncsu.edu/category/ads/ and submit three (3) sealed, fully completed qualification documents by 5:00 PM, 12/17/19, to Damian Lallathin, project manager, at Administrative Services Building III, 2701 Sullivan Dr., Suite 331, NCSU, Campus Box 7520, Raleigh, NC 27695-7520. Completed qualification packages will not be accepted electronically.
