| Prequalifying for | The expansion of the existing Union Parking Deck by 195,000
sf and approximately 627 parking spaces. Expansion will
require selective demolition, infill of an existing fourth
level and construction of a five-level, four bay deck. Work
will include general construction, associated civil work,
MEP, fire alarm, fire protection and a new elevator shaft
and equipment. The project schedule is based on and
critical to the adjacent site work for the new Health and
