The Work of this project will consist of, but not be limited
to, renovation of both the interior and exterior of this
historical building including new stairs, elevator, interior
finishes, windows, masonry repair, HVAC, plumbing,
electrical, fire alarm, multi-building generator, water
line, sprinkler and abatement of hazardous materials. The
estimated construction contract cost is $6.8 million. | |
