| Project Name | Renovation of Recreation Fields at State Farm | |||
| Prequalifying for | Single prime, General Construction (Highway and Heavy
Utility) Contractors. This project involves the renovation
of a portion of the existing recreation fields at State
Farm. The scope of work for this contract includes topsoil
stripping and replacement, sedimentation/erosion control
associated with the approximately 9 acres of disturbed area,
excavation/placement of onsite soils and distribution of
approximately 13,800 cubic yards of material. This project
also includes fine grading, establishment of turf, and
replacement of the existing storm drainage.
Anticipated Bid Documents release is on or about June 26th,
2014. A pre-bid site visit will be held on or about July 7,
2014. The targeted bid date is on or about July 17, 2014.
The estimated construction duration is four months. | |||
