| Prequalifying for | This project will demolish the existing offices and
associated materials for approximately two-thirds of the
9,866 SF 3rd Floor. The project will then rebuild offices in
this space including the associated walls, doors, painting,
finishing, carpeting, electrical power conduit and
receptacles, data and telephone conduit and receptacles,
electrical lighting, fire protection piping and sprinkler
heads, and install HVAC ductwork, steam, condensate, and
chilled water supply and return piping, a 19,000 CFM AHU in
the basement, waterproofing of the below grade exterior
basement walls, and new windows throughout the building

Bostian beginning Monday, May 5, 2014. Three hard copies of
the submittal will be required. Completed qualification
packages will not be accepted electronically. Copies
delivered after 5 PM will not be received/ accepted. |
