| Project Name | Bodenheimer Drive Condensate Line Replacement | |||
| Prequalifying for | The installation of approximately 2,000 linear feet of steam
condensate piping with 300 feet elevation change. Piping
starts in the Appalachian Heights Residence Hall and follows
Bodenheimer Drive to Broyhill Music Building. The
installation includes a new condensate receiver and pump in
Appalachian Heights and new trap assemblies and condensate
connections in existing steam manholes in Bodenheimer Drive.
Additional condensate piping is routed from Walker Hall to
Broyhill Music Building. The project will be done in phases
while occupied. Construction activities are expected to
start in March of 2014 and be completed by November of 2014.
Bodenheimer Drive will remain open during construction.
Interior work will be performed in occupied facilities. | |||
