REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS UNCP has determined that the residential houses located along Moonlight Lane and Joshua Lane, which are adjacent to future use of university property, require a reliable public water service. The area has around ten residential structures, each needing an individual water service lateral and fire protection. UNCP desires professional architecture and engineering to provide basic design services to assist UNCP in establishing a public water utility for future use on the described University property. The project will include installation of a new 6" water line with service connections to individual locations. Firms are requested to ensure receipt of proposals at address listed below by Noon on 5/09/2024.
