| Project Description | One-Two Sentences UNC Asheville is soliciting mechanical HVAC commissioning
services for the Lipinsky Hall renovation project described
below.
A comprehensive renovation and addition to Lipinsky Hall
(38,713 SF, 1962), including music performance space,
rehearsal spaces, classrooms, offices, and support spaces
for use by the Music Department and other University
offices. Project scope includes replacement of all
mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. Lipinsky Hall
is located in the central core of campus. | |||||
