| Project Description | One-Two Sentences The project will replace the roofing of the Student
Union's north building, approximately 51,000 square
feet.
Design Services shall be comprehensive of all disciplines
required for this scope.
The project has received advanced planning spending
authority of $200,000 from the UNC-CH Board of Trustees.
Following receipt of a schematic design cost estimate from
the successful design team, the University will seek full
spending authority from the UNC Board of Governors. | |||||
