| Project Description | One-Two Sentences This designer selection is for one design team that will
service two projects:
The plant capacity expansion project at the Yarbrough
Central Utility Plant will add a 2,000-ton electric chiller,
including all necessary pumps, piping, appurtenances, and
controls integration. Project budget is $1,470,939 and will
be clarified during design.
The building expansion project at the Cates Avenue Steam
Plant will design and construct an approximately 3,000 SF
addition to the plant, built-in 1974, with structural
supports for a bridge crane. Project budget is $15M.
Current project authority is for advance planning only. The
selected designer may be retained through full design and
construction at the university's option. | |||||
