| Project Description | One-Two Sentences UNCA is soliciting commissioning services for the Highsmith
University Union renovation project described below.
This project will create a 6,000 square foot multipurpose
room with seating for 375 at banquets and 500 for lectures.
The project will redesign existing space to create better
student interaction. Construction manager at risk fixed
guaranteed maximum price is the construction delivery
