East Carolina University is seeking a Building Commissioning
Agent (CxA) to evaluate the construction documents, finished
building and all supporting service systems planned for the
Dowdy Ficklen Stadium Press Box Renovation project on the
campus of East Carolina University. Basic project
information is as follows: Replacement of the existing
stadium press box with new approximately 87,000 sq.ft.
facility that incorporates 4 levels of conditioned space;
complete renovation of the existing Scales Athletics support
building;
Reorganization / renovation of the existing locker and
training areas within the Ward building.
