Project Description | One-Two Sentences The Capital Facilities Foundation is seeking statements of
interest from qualified professionals for a third-party
commissioning team for new residence halls to be located on
W. Gate City Blvd. in Greensboro, NC. The commissioning team
will provide services to comply with both North Carolina
Senate Bills 668 and 1946 and as defined in the USGBC LEED
Rating System v3. The selected team will work closely with
the architects (Little Diversified Architectural Consulting,
Durham, NC) and their consulting engineers (Sigma Engineered
Solutions, Morrisville, NC) to deliver a fully commissioned
building that provides optimum energy efficiency, indoor air
quality, occupant comfort and minimal operation and
maintenance costs. Refer to the URL link noted above for
