| Project Description | One-Two Sentences The Capital Facilities Foundation (CFC), an affiliated
foundation of the University of North Carolina at Greensboro
is seeking letters of interest from qualified professionals
for the Spartan Village Student Housing - Phase II project.
The scope of this project is the construction of a new
building(s) to accommodate approximately 330 beds, apartment
style, and 30,000 GSF of multiple tenant retail space.
Designer selection is contingent on approval of the project
by the Board of Trustees at the February 2015 meeting.
