| Project Description | One-Two Sentences Open-End Design Agreements for small projects on an
as-needed basis for the following disciplines:
Architecture and related services (ADA, Graphic Design,
Interior Design, Planning, Landscape Architecture, )
Civil Engineering/Site Engineering and related services
(Environmental, Landscape, Planning, Roads, Structural
Engineering, Water Sewer Distribution)
Commissioning Services/Retro Commissioning
Construction services (Material Testing, Soils Testing,
Construction Schedule Analysis, Special Inspection)
Mechanical/Electrical/Plumbing and related services (Fire
Protection, Telephone)
Surveying and related services (utility locates, subsurface
mapping)
UNC-Charlotte limits project services under these design
service agreements to $50,000 per project and $150,000 per
