UNC Chapel Hill is soliciting firms interested in providing
limited term Professional Design Services for small
renovation and construction projects with estimated costs up
to $500k. Please submit three copies of your Statement of
Qualification and SF 330 by the close of business on January
30, 2015.
Your package should include a cover letter indicating the
title, name, telephone and email of the contact person for
your firm,the firm's North Carolina HUB classification
if
applicable and the discipline you're responding to.
Selection of firms will be based on Designer Selection and
Evaluation Procedures established by the State Building
Commission and outlined in the State Construction Manual. At
this time, we expect to select between two and six firms in
each of the following disciplines: NFPA 70E Arc Flash
Analysis, Civil Engineering, Commissioning, Electrical
Engineering, Lighting Design, Mechanical Engineering, and
Structural Engineering.
Firms applying for consideration in more than one discipline
should apply separately to each and indicate the focus in
the cover letter. | |
