Project Description
One-Two Sentences
Roof restoration services are required for a 20,000 SF
section of the building's roofing system. The existing
single-ply rubber membrane roof (installed 1997) is
mechanically fastened and needs to be replaced. Additional
repair work is needed on the knee walls and stone caps. The
lead Design Firm must be licensed in the state of NC. A
Pre-submittal Meeting will be held 03 April 2014 at 10:00am
in front of the Central Steam Plant(Academy St) on the
Appalachian State University campus. Attendance is
encouraged but not mandatory.
