| Project Description | One-Two Sentences University of North Carolina at Pembroke is seeking firms to
provide limited term Professional Design Services for small
renovations and new construction projects under $500K for
the following disciplines. Please submit one copy of your
proposal. Services solicited (the number of firms to be
selected is shown in parentheses): Architectural (4),
Asbestos, Environmental Hazardous Materials (3),
Commissioning (3), Civil (3), Electrical (4), Landscape (3),
Mechanical (4), Roofing (3), Structural (3), Surveying (3),
