Project Description
One-Two Sentences
This project consists of replacing 26,374 square feet of 17
year old single-ply EPDM roofing system on a four story
classroom/office building with five different roof levels
that failed early. Work includes removal and replacement of
single-ply roofing, address precast concrete coping joints,
address roof drainage system. The building has five
different levels of roofing areas.
Design Service qualifications:
1. Design/Installation by single firm not to be considered.
2. Proven experience with quality roofing design and
construction management services for a minimum of 10 years
is required.
3. Designer and construction management/inspection by same
individual is required.
