| Project Description | One-Two Sentences Phase II improvements include repair/replace sanitary sewer
system, replace landscape materials, provide rainwater
collection for turf irrigation, replace campus walkways,
improve the soils to support heavy pedestrian traffic and
improve the functionality of the area.
Current project authority is for advance planning only. The
selected firm may be retained through full design and
construction at the University's option. | |||||
