Pre-proposal meeting or Project Walk Through: July 18, 2013
at 10:00 AM located at 208 W, Franklin Street, Chapel Hill
27599. The debriefing will occur in the Shaffer Conference
Room located on the 4th floor.
The project is the renovation of the existing UNC
Development Office for the purpose of increasing the
existing administrative staff capacity by 26 people to serve
the upcoming Carolina Capital Campaign. The project will
impact 4 administrative floors of 208 West Franklin Street,
Chapel Hill. The scope of work entails the removal and
relocation of existing partitions, relocating and adding new
system furniture, relocating and adding new lighting,
updating architectural finishes, renovation of the existing
HVAC system.
Designer selection is contingent upon Board of Governors
project approval.
