There will be a pre-proposal/walk-through meeting on April 30 at 10:00 AM located at the North Chiller Plant, 155 Medical Drive Chapel Hill, NC 27599 This project is for the design and construction to increase the chilled water production capacity of the North Chiller plant by 4,500 tons. New work includes the installation of two new chillers and associated variable speed drives, disconnects, controls, piping, and building utilities.
