 Project Description One-Two Sentences
Denny HVAC and core electrical systems were installed in 1965. Building heating and air conditioning systems must be updated for reliability and energy efficiency. Upgrade will include replacement of air handling units and associated zone terminal boxes, upgrading to DDC controls for enhanced temperature control and energy efficiency. Electrical panels will be upgraded or replaced to provide distribution of electrical loads. Barnard HVAC and core electrical systems were installed in 1968. The selected firm may be retained through full design and construction at the University's option. A mandatory pre-proposal meeting will be at 2:30 pm on Thursday, March 21, 2013 in Storrs Building, Room 110.
