| Project Description | One-Two Sentences UNC Charlotte is accepting submittals for the FY 2013/14
Open-End Design Agreements for small projects under
$500,000. UNC-C limits fees per designer to $50,000 per
contract and $150,000 per year. The following disciplines
are being solicited:
-Architecture and related services (ADA, Graphic Design,
Interior Design, Planning, Landscape Architecture, )
-Civil Engineering/Site Engineering and related services
(Environmental, Landscape, Planning, Roads, Structural
Engineering, Water Sewer Distribution)
-Commissioning Services
-Construction services (Material Testing, Soils Testing,
Construction Schedule Analysis, Construction Inspection)
-Mechanical/Electrical/Plumbing and related services (Fire
Protection, Telephone)
-Surveying and related services (utility locates, subsurface
mapping)
A Mandatory pre-submittal meeting will be January 24, 2013
at 2:00 pm in McKnight Hall in the Cone University Center. | |||||
