| Project Description | One-Two Sentences The project will provide design and construction
administration for the renovation of the Oak Residence Hall.
The building is 4 stories and approximately 70,190 sq. ft.
The renovation will require an elevator upgrade, a new
mechanical system, full window replacement, full roof
replacement, modifications to meet current code
requirements, and a new chiller also to support air
conditioning of Oak Hall, Elm, Maple, and Pine residence
halls. Current project authority is for advance planning
only. The selected firm will be retained through full
design and construction at the University's option. | |||||
