| Project Description | One-Two Sentences This project will provide exterior improvements for all 9
buildings (2 and 3 stories) at Western Manor Apartments -
NCSU Student housing. Scope of work also includes new
exterior finishes and new balcony rails. Structural repair
may be required at stairs, landings, and balconies. Roof
wood trims, vents and sofits need upgrades. Improvement to
site drainage, and accessibility upgrades may also be
required. Limited asbestos abatement and encapsulation is
anticipated. Current project authority is for advance
planning. The selected firm may be retained through full
design and construction at the University's option. | |||||
