| Project Description | One-Two Sentences This project is for a major renovation and expansion of the
existing Hauser Hall on the Winston-Salem State University
campus in Winston-Salem. The project will consist of a
comprehensive renovation of architectural and structural
elements, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire safety
systems, civil engineering, utility connections, landscaping
and building envelope repairs. The expansion of
approximately 8,500 SF (+/-) will incorporate a band room
