| Project Description | One-Two Sentences The project scope is for the renovation of the Oak Residence
Hall. The building is 4 stories and approximately 70,190 sq.
ft. The renovations will include elevator upgrades, a new
mechanical system, full window replacement, full roof
replacement, modifications to meet current code
requirements, and a new chiller also to support conditioning
of Oak Hall, Elm, Maple and Pine residence halls. The
project also includes a building expansion to accommodate
the new chiller and associated mechanical equipment.
