Renovation of Recreation Fields at State Farm The scope of work includes, but is not limited to limited site demolition, grading, storm drainage, dewatering, athletic field preparation, seeding and stabilization. Bids will be received for Single Prime General Contract. All proposals shall be lump sum. Bidders must be pre-qualified to be eligible to submit bids and to have their bids considered. The following licensed General Contractors have been Pre-Qualified by Appalachian State University for this project: Greene Construction, LyndCo, Inc., The JW Hampton Company A pre-bid meeting will be held for pre-qualified bidders, subcontractors and vendors on July 24, 2014, at 1:00 pm at the 1st Floor Design & Construction Conference Room, 438 Academy Street, Boone, NC 28608. A pre-bid meeting was held on July 21,2004 and bidders who attended that pre-bid do not need to attend the July 24th meeting.
