A Pre-Bid Conference will be held on July 16th, 2013 at 3:00
PM. The Pre-Bid Conference will be held in the Magnolia
Conference Room at the Giles Horney Building, CB #1090, 103
Airport Rd., Chapel Hill, NC 27599.
Complete plans, specifications, and instructions for
submittal of bids will be provided to pre-qualified bidders
and will be available at the Lend Lease Main Office, the
UNC-CH Office for Historically Underutilized Business plan
room, North Carolina offices of the Associated General
Contractors, FW Dodge Corporation, Construction Market Data,
Raleigh Business & Technology Center, and the Institute
for Minority Economic Development. Additional plans and
