| Bid Location | This project is for the design-build of an approximately
250,000 Sq. Ft. parking deck to serve current and planned
residential housing, special events, and guests.
Construction will be on the current Lot L site which
contains approximately 243 spaces. Construction of the
deck, along with reconfiguration, should gross a minimum of
875 spaces. The deck will be oriented so that it is
parallel to the fence line with a connection to Lot M to
allow for vehicular circulation.
A Pre-Submittal Meeting will be held on July 31, 2018 at
1:00 pm in the UNCW Facilities Building Conference Room #1
at 5150 Lionfish Drive, Wilmington, North Carolina, 28403

958743. Attendance is mandatory.
This is a qualifications based selection, design-build
project delivery method, therefore there is no formal bid
