Bidding for Single Prime Contractor. This project is to implement airflow ventilation reduction on the MBRL portion (approximately 13,500 gross square feet) of the building using the existing constant-volume controlled terminals with reheat coils and the exhaust terminals. The existing constant volume ventilation system will be converted to a variable volume air supply distribution to spaces based upon the minimum air ventilation (ACH), hood exhaust and/or space cooling requirements. Bids received will be single prime - Mechanical. All proposals shall be lump sum. In addition, a Public Meeting for Proposed Alternate Bids for Preferred Products will be conducted at the conclusion of the Pre-Bid meeting. The meeting will address project specific questions and issues for preferred brand products. Pre-Bid is Mandatory. Pre-Bid and Bid locations are at the same place.
