 Prequalifying for 
Balfour Beatty is seeking to pre-qualify subcontractors to submit bids for the furnishing of labor, material, and equipment for the Campus Steam & Condensate Improvements Project. This project will demo and replace the existing underground steam and condensate distribution loop between Shaw Building and Jackson Library and by Peabody bridge. In addition this project will repair/replace disturbed landscaping and hardscaping. Anticipated bid date for all bid packages is March 26, 2026.
