Opportunities to Do Business with the Universities

The project will renovate the current 8,450gsf Firestone Lab to update and modernize the lab into a modern clinical research facility. The project includes two major components: Exam/Diagnostic/Research Laboratory and Office/Workstation spaces. A new client entry and waiting room will serve as a new front door to the space and provide direct access to the exam and diagnostic rooms. The selected firm may be retained through full design and construction at the University's options.
