Opportunities to Do Business with the Universities

This project will renovate approximately 14,300 GSF within Hunt Library and provide student-focused resources to enhance the learning experience. Program elements include a student study space, makerspace, active learning lab, open collaboration space, and data, media, and visualization studios. The budget of $125,000 incorporates design through Design Development. The project has been funded for advance planning only. The selected firm may be retained through full design and construction at the University's option. Additional funding will be required to proceed past the Design Development phase. The anticipated total project budget is expected to be $2,500,000.
