| One-Two Sentences This is the second phase of a multi-phase renovation and
modernization of the Textiles Complex. The second phase will
renovate approximately 9,000sf of space located on the first
floor and will execute several small “enabling” projects
to vacate and make room for a roughly 6,000sf expansion of
the Flex Factory.
A Pre-submittal Meeting will be held on October 7, 2026 at
1:00 PM at the Textiles Complex, 1020 Main Campus Drive,
Raleigh, NC 27607 in Conference Room 3436. In-person
attendance is not mandatory, but highly encouraged.
Current Project authorization is for advance planning only.
The selected firm may be retained through full design and
construction at the University's option.
Interested firms are to submit an electronic proposal to the
