Opportunities to Do Business with the Universities

Advance planning and subsequent capital improvements will evaluate and implement renewal of aging HVAC and supporting infrastructure serving Cornerstone Hall, Keystone House, Innovation House, and the associated Tri-House energy plant. Existing systems are approaching or have exceeded their anticipated useful life. The project is anticipated to include replacement or refurbishment of air-handling units, controls, heating and chilled-water components, distribution systems, and related electrical, plumbing, building-envelope, and supporting work as required. The project is intended to improve reliability and energy performance, reduce maintenance demands and risk of unplanned failures, maintain safe and comfortable residential environments, and extend the useful life of these University housing assets. Current project authorization is for Advanced Planning only. The selected firm may be retained through full design and construction at the University's option. The Project Budget listed is for Advance Planning/Early Design Phase only.
