| Project Description | One-Two Sentences This project will include a comprehensive replacement of the
existing bitumen roof over the building, TPO roof above the
mechanical penthouse, and the TPO roof above the loading
dock. The entire roof footprint is approx. 19,900 SF total.
This project will remove all existing roof systems down to
the existing structural deck, repair and/or replace any
damaged roof decking and install the new roof systems with
flashing and accessories to provide a complete, watertight
roof assembly. This project has been approved for $740,000
for construction and design. The design phase will start in
