 Project Description One-Two Sentences
The University of North Carolina at Pembroke is seeking letters of interest from qualified architectural and engineering firms to provide complete professional design and construction administration services for the relocation of the campus central shipping and receiving area. This project involves renovating/converting approximately 3300 sqft in the existing bookstore storage area into the campus central shipping and receiving area. This project involves demolition of walls, acoustical ceilings, some electrical circuits, repurposing of doors, relocating fire sprinkler piping, along with final floor, wall, and ceiling finishes. Current schedule (subject to change): - 06/09/2026 Pre -Submittal Meeting @ 2 pm (See link above for virtual meeting details) - 6/22/2026 by Noon - Submittals due - 06/24/2026 Finalists Notified - 07/07/2026 Interviews (virtual) So that the selection process is as objective as possible, from the date of this public announcement, applicants are not to communicate with members of the Board of Trustees, Campus Officials, and/or staff other than the Project Contact.
