 Project Description One-Two Sentences
The Ram Shack is an existing kitchen and dining area of approximately 2,800 sqft. The project scope will include conversion of a first floor room of approximately 700 sqft to dry storage and update of the lower level seating area of approximately 850 sqft. Scope will include the assessment of the existing infrastructure and alterations to support the food service vendors' concept and equipment requirements. A preliminary food service drawing will be provided to the selected design team.
