The primary service needed from the designer is administrative leadership through the single prime bidding and award process of a UNC System oversight project including SCO design review/exemption. Scope is replacement of the tower guy wires and hair pins of the 1,111-ft tower at Brinkleyville, NC. Contact the PM for the Project Brief and non-mandatory Pre-Submittal meeting details.
