The Shepard Administration Building, formerly known as the
Clyde R. Hoey Administration Building, was completed in 1929
and is the oldest building on Campus. The building is one of
eleven buildings contributing to NCCU's Historic
District. The project will address the restoration of the
windows and wood detailing.
Note: The James Shepard (formerly Clyde R. Hoey)
Administration Building Windows Replacement project is being
supported in part (or in whole) by a Historically Black
Colleges & University grant from the Historic
Preservation Fund administered by the National Park Service,
U.S. Department of the Interior, Grant No. P22AP01346-01
A pre-proposal meeting will be held on Friday, October 10 at
1:00 pm. Meeting location will be in front of Shepard
Administration Building, Main Entrance. | |
