 Project Description One-Two Sentences
HVAC system upgrades (including chiller replacement) and Building Automation System replacement project for the Walker Physical Education & Recreation Complex which houses gymnasiums, dance studios, weight rooms, offices, classrooms, locker rooms, and the large natatorium. Advanced Planning shall include assessment of adjacent HVAC system components for inclusion in the project scope. Construction shall be phased. **Contact the PM for the Project Brief including information on the optional Pre-Submittal building walkthrough on 4/22/25.**
