 Project Description One-Two Sentences
Replace obsolete building automation controls equipment for entire building. Remove and replace existing pneumatic (control air) air compressors, dryers and all associated field devices, control valves, etc. and install full DDC (Direct Digital Control) system, field devices, valves, etc. Connect to existing centralized ECU building automation system (head-in located at MC Steam Plant), create graphics, establish setpoints, establish alarms, and create/initiate occupancy schedules.
